General Information & Terms Of Use
GENERAL INFORMATION AND ADVICE
Kingswood Leisure Park and its venues, although publicly accessible, are private property and certain terms and conditions of use must be met. A printable PDF containing full terms and rules (complete with site map) is available on our downloads page. Site boundaries are inclusive of some private roads that remain not adopted by Hull City Council. A PDF of our road map is also available on our downloads page.
CAR PARK - ALL VEHICLES
Car parking is free and unlimited (only for customers and staff), however we request that all visitors follow some rules:
Please park correctly in a single parking bay within the markings. If your vehicle will not fit into a standard space, please park as responsibly as possible. You may also speak to our security team for advice.
Never leave your vehicle parked in a waiting area, on a roadway, over kerbs, or causing any obstruction as you may be requested to move it. Motorcycles should never be parked on pavements.
No parking is permitted to any vehicle on double yellow lines or on the bus turning circle, or across or opposite any car park entry points.
Designated disabled parking spaces are reserved for use by blue badge holders, community care vehicles and other forms of transport for disabled passengers. Parking in these areas without a blue badge will result in your vehicle details being logged, and potentially banned from the site altogether if it reoccurs. If you don't have a blue badge but you are a disabled visitor (or are transporting a disabled visitor), our team will be sensitive to these circumstances.
The car park is only for use by visitors, customers and staff of the venues on-site, during business hours. Long term or overnight parking is not permitted. Should you have an issue and be unable to move your vehicle, please contact us or speak with a member of our security team.
COACHES AND BUSES
Coaches and Buses are permitted to park on-site only if passengers are utilising venues, and no alternative parking is available. However we would prefer these vehicles to leave site in between drop-off and pickup where possible. If parked on-site, these vehicles should be parked only on the outer edge of the main car park, and not take up spaces outside the venues or on the roadways. During obviously busy periods, coaches and buses may be asked to leave the site if parking requirements dictate. If you cannot find a location in this area to park your bus or coach, please speak to the security team. Alternatively, you should be able to find parking on the business estate on the nearby Connaught Road area.
HGVS & DELIVERY VEHICLES & OTHER COMMERCIAL VEHICLES
HGVs are not permitted to enter the site car parks unless delivering to or servicing a venue (driver may be asked for proof).
HGVs are not permitted to park in the car parks, on double yellow lined areas, on roundabouts or across/opposite junctions. Other commercial vehicles (including courier vans) are not permitted to enter or park on the site unless delivering to or visiting venues (proof may be requested).
Should you require local parking for restricted vehicle types, you can usually find adequate on-street parking around the Connaught Road area nearby.
Unauthorised business activity, such as courier meetings/transfers/debriefs, car valeting or other mobile businesses, posting of flyers and advertising, or any other activity not agreed upon by Kingswood Leisure Park is strictly prohibited.
BICYCLES/E-BIKES/SCOOTERS/E-SCOOTERS/UNLICENSED VEHICLES
Please ride in a safe and respectful manner. Do not ride on footpaths, and please be vigilant of moving vehicles.
We highly recommend the use of high quality, keyed cycle locks, such as "D" locks, and would advise use of two separate locks of different types.
Please only secure your cycle/scooter to the racks provided. It is not permitted to attach cycles to hand rails, bins etc.
It is also not permitted for members of the public to take your cycle into any venue.
Please note that e-bikes/e-scooters that do not conform to UK Government standards, and any other powered or fuelled vehicles (including some motorcycles and quad bikes) that are unregistered or otherwise not Public Highway Legal are not to be brought within the site boundaries. Whilst we are aware use of these vehicles is legal with consent on private property, the owners and operators of this site do not give consent.
EVENTS & MEETINGS
Certain events and meetings are not permitted within the site boundaries. These include (but are not limited to) any activity not organised by our venues, such as car meets (organised or not), large group gatherings (non-customers) etc. If you require further clarification, please contact us.

Personal conduct when using our site and venues will be monitored by venue staff and our security team. The activities and behaviours listed below are not permitted, and in order to protect property, customers, staff, local residents and the general public and will not be tolerated (this list is not exhaustive and our security team may advise against behaviours not listed where necessary):
